The Architects Act
The Architects Ordinance or the Architects Act as it is known today evolved over the years in light of transitions within Singapore. Listed below are some of the more pertinent changes which had occurred over the years.

The Architects Act today lists down a host of ethics, codes and regulations which provides the framework to maintain professionalism in an increasingly competitive business climate. Registration is stringent and the Board requires registered architects to adhere to a high code of ethics and that they must fulfil with complete integrity their obligations to clients, the profession, and the public.
